Tenant Rights Scavenger Hunt
Presented by our friends and colleagues at Seattle Transit Riders Union and the Stay Housed, Stay Health Coalition

Have you ever wondered about your rights and protections as a tenant, or felt unprepared to respond to a situation with your landlord? Do you want to make connections with fellow renters and advocates to build a strong virtual community? Are you looking for a low-stakes event to satisfy your unhealthy competitive urges?

If so, the Transit Riders Union and Stay Housed Stay Health Coalition invite you to join us for a fun, informative evening of team-based competition. This virtual scavenger hunt will take you across the world wide web in search of information and resources to address common situations and challenges faced by tenants. Teams will race against the clock (and each other) to answer a series of scenario questions as a group. We will be providing links and tools from our community partners to guide you in this process, so don’t worry about your internet proficiency.

We hope to create a fun, lightly competitive environment to review the excellent resources compiled by our community partners
