Health and Equity Advocates Forum: USING OUR VOICE & INFLUENCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE

We invite you to join an Oregon and Washington Forum on Advocating for Healthy Homes, Healthy Buildings, Healthy Communities. Our goals are to listen, learn, and then act together with the community.

USING OUR VOICE & INFLUENCE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND CLIMATE JUSTICE

Oregon & Washington Health and Equity Advocates Forum

Join us on Tuesday November 9th 7:00 - 8:30pm: Register Here

or

Wednesday November 10th noon - 1:30pm: Register Here

We recognize that environmental, health and climate issues are intertwined.  We have the potential to use our collective voices and influence more effectively for needed change. We don’t have a lot of time here!

We are called to act because of our common understanding that “Racism is a Public Health Crisis.”

With over 100 interested participants from Washington and Oregon,  our purpose for gathering is to:

●      affirm our collective desire to work towards positive change at the intersection of health and equity community concerns.

●      learn about and solidify our common environmental, health, and climate equity concerns.  (Please fill out this survey. It’ll take 10 minutes or fewer to complete and it will help us prepare the small group breakout sessions.)

●      identify our next collective action steps

Please contact Ali Lee (Eco8cb@gmail.com) or Nick Manning (nick@wpsr.org) with any questions.  Stay well and healthy!
