Tacoma LNG: Trial Update - Recap of the Puyallup Tribe's case and what happens next!
Presented by our friends and partners at
Earthjustice and Power Past Fracked Gas

Puget Sound Energy’s Tacoma LNG facility was built without consultation or consent from the Puyallup Tribe, and before it had received all of its permits. We know this facility endangers our health, safety, and climate, threatening Indigenous, Brown, and Black bodies first and worst. The Puyallup Tribe is steadfast in their opposition to the facility and our community continues to follow their lead and to fight with them.

EarthJustice is representing a number of health/environmental organizations on an appeal of the air permit. The Puyallup Tribe is also appealing this permit. The cases will be heard back to back for two weeks starting on April 12th. Join our community as we send hopeful energy towards these proceedings. We are powerful when we gather, even on Zoom.
